Terms of Service

Teacher Sharon English is an independent English-learning and speaking-practice platform. It provides practice, mock tests, full tests, AI-assisted feedback, estimated scores and progress tracking across several speaking modules.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure, and for activity that happens through your account. One free trial is available per account.

Access to a module is provided through a free trial or a paid purchase. Free-trial access is limited and may not include every session type. Paid access is granted per module or bundle and is shown in your account.

A free trial gives you a limited number of practice and mock sessions to try a module. It is available once per account, requires no card, and does not include all features of paid access.

Paid access is purchased per module or bundle through Stripe as a one-time payment. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Teacher Sharon English. The sessions included with your purchase are shown on the module access page.

Each module offers practice, mock and full sessions subject to the allowances of your access. Session allowances are tracked per module; when a session type is used up, you can purchase further access to continue.

Practice feedback, estimated scores and estimated levels are produced using AI and are provided for learning and development purposes only. They are not official examination results and may not always be exact.

Teacher Sharon English is an independent learning and practice platform. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the organisations that administer OPIc, IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, PTE or other third-party assessments.

You agree to use the platform only for its intended practice purpose. You must not misuse the service, share your account to bypass access limits, attempt to disrupt it, or submit content that is unlawful or harmful.

We may suspend or deactivate access where misuse, non-payment or other breach of these terms occurs, or to protect the service.

You can request account deletion from within the app. Your account is then scheduled for removal after a 30-day grace period, and your audio recordings are queued for separate deletion.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are not stored by Teacher Sharon English. If you have a concern about a payment, please raise it through the in-app Help & Contact page. Any refund or similar remedy depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

AI assessment is a tool to support learning. It may not always be exact, and results can vary. Estimated scores and levels should be treated as guidance, not as official or guaranteed outcomes.
