If you cannot log in, check your email and password. You can reset a forgotten password from the login page using the "Forgot password" link. If you are still unable to access your account, email info@teachersharon.co.uk or report it through the in-app Feedback page.

If a module you have paid for is not showing, or your sessions or credits look incorrect, try logging out and back in. If the issue continues, email info@teachersharon.co.uk or report it through the in-app Feedback page with the module name.

Paid access is purchased through Stripe. If you were charged but access did not appear, or you have a question about a payment, email info@teachersharon.co.uk or report it through the in-app Feedback page with the module and any payment reference you have.

Make sure your browser has permission to use the microphone, and that no other app is using it. Use a quiet room and speak clearly. If recording still fails, email info@teachersharon.co.uk or report it through the in-app Feedback page.

To report a bug or technical issue, use the in-app Feedback page and describe what happened, what you expected, and the module or page you were on.
